I bought this watch for my husband. He wore it once and it fell off his wrist. After inspection, 2 pins were loose and could just be pushed right out. So apparently it came with loose pins. He was able to catch the watch before it hit the ground but I am not happy! Otherwise it’s beautiful.
I went queens mall Macys to resize my watch. They tried more than one hour but they failed. Then they told me go to Herald Square Macys to resize it. All Macys store supposed to have professional to resize watch. I west my time and again I have to go other store.
