I didn’t have time to use this pan a lot, but so far I am happy with it: nothing sticks, it’s not heavy, heats evenly, no oil splash around. Although, I had to be careful with the handle as it is getting warm gradually. I did not have a chance to use it in the oven nor use basket, so can’t comment on it. Overall, I like it.

You can cool most things at a lower heat than normal due to the distribution and The non-stick surfwce is safe with all materials so you dont need to worry about scratching. best of all its dishwasher friendly!

Versatile, and was able to Cook different ingredients without having issue of them sticking to pan. The handle got hot and was not always convenient when I try to take food off heat. Would recommend buying the product with that caution, handle with care. Looking fwd to testing the steaming function soon.
