The Cellar Extra-Large Porcelain Platter, Macy's Exclusive

Very nice large platter. No fancy features to take up or limit space. Just a nice white platter. Just what I needed for large family events.

Like many other reviews for any item that’s breakable, items were poorly packaged for shipping and arrived shattered. Do we have a four-year-old packaging items in the warehouse? The amount of inventory that is returned to Macy’s because of poor packaging has to be astronomical. Let’s train the workers to adequately pack things so they arrive in one piece.

Poorly packed. This and another item came just before Christmas broken. Not reliable for Christmas deliveries. When I wanted to escalate this poor experience, customer service gave me an email that wasn't being monitored.

The package arrived 12/20, just in time for Christmas but the platter was broken in several pieces. Macy’s placed a porcelain platter in a very large box and only topped it off with a couple pieces of crumpled brown paper. It seems like most breakables I order here are shipped this way and arrives broken. I will no longer be shopping here

Perfect size and exactly as described online

The platter was so poorly packaged that it came in a bag and oversized box in about 10 pieces.

Gift for my daughter’s first Thanksgiving Dinner at her new home. The platter was simple and beautiful would buy again.
