It is sturdy, smooth, and scratch-resistant, so I’m very satisfied with its performance.

I loved these at first. Then I noticed they hold smells from whatever I’ve cooked. Yes, I washed them. Several times. Good soap. Even tried vinegar and baking soda in water overnight. I’m not sure if it’s the crevices, and I’m sure it’s all of these no matter the maker, but if you cook fish on it, you’ve got fish. It is not washing away completely. Onions? Don’t think about making pancakes in that one after. Too late to return them and I’m really sorry they didn’t work out. They size and weight are great.

Super nonstick and nontoxic. Great on our induction stovetop. What more could you want in a pan? Browns nicely, too. Gave up our carbon steel pans, too heavy and not really nonstick.

had these pans for about a year. Fantastic! super easy clean up, great for searing, well made. Still look like new.

Low quality difficult to clean up

Perfect for gas stove. Heats up quickly, ideally on medium low (3-4), a mist of avocado oil (no nonstick is oil-free 100%) and made the best omelette with zero stick.
