Shark AI Ultra 2-In-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop

I bought this to replace a failing "premium" robot vac from a different manufacturer. The Shark's LIDAR function is much faster and more accurate than the previous bot, and it does a fine job on hardwood and carpet alike. It also mapped-out the house much more quickly than the old model did. I haven't yet run the mop, as those areas of the house are small and I can do them myself, but maybe I'll get around to it. As a general purpose vacuum, though, it works great and isn't too loud or too prone to bumping into stuff.

Does a good job vacuuming and mopping but application and mapping are average and require a lot of tweeking to identify carpeted areas accurately. There are no carpet sensors and the mop will not lift itself over carpeted areas to get to tiled areas.

I had my robot vacuum for less than a year before I encountered multiple issues. It had to be replaced twice due to one persistent problem. Same problem all the time. I needed to order a new dust cup because the button on the original one kept breaking. The process of replacing parts is quite complicated and frustrating. Additionally, I found out that once the vacuum is replaced, the warranty no longer applies to the new unit, which is disappointing. Overall, my experience with this vacuum has been very unsatisfactory. Hey Shark I still waiting for the emails that you told me 4 days ago that you would send.

So happy with this vacuum and mop combo. Another great Shark product!

I purchase this 2 weeks ago and the suction is horrible. I adjusted the suction to increase to max and it still didn't pick up any dog here or debris. I would not recommend this product. I plan to return it where I bought it from. I also don't know why they change the brush from two to one brush. The vacuum is high which stops it from picking up any debris shock you have to do better than this one thank you.

I have had 2 replacement units due to the reservoir leaking. I hope this one last. If not I'm done with Shark.

It was easy to set up, maps the rooms well, and does a great job vacuuming and mopping. I especially like being able to choose specific rooms to clean in the app. The self-emptying base is very convenient and saves a lot of time. Overall, I’m very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it!

I purchased two of these . Couldn’t be happier ! 5 stars for mopping / mapping / vacuuming…. Almost zero noise . The emptying mode is the best ! It would be so nice that the mopping plate could stay for vacuuming or mopping . Best purchase !!

Bought this several months ago and is a piece of junk! Stopped working and keeps saying clean brush roll. It has been removed completely cleaned and replaced and still getting the error message. Don't waste your money
