I’m really happy with this purchase! The leather feels high quality and looks great, and the strap is comfortable and sturdy. It has plenty of compartments, which makes it easy to keep everything organized. The closure feels secure, and the overall finish looks clean and well-made. Definitely worth the money and I would recommend it!

Nicely packaged with the gold and leather strap BUT on the bottom part, it says "Genuine Full Grain Leather" in gold writing... on the outside bottom of the purse! That should have been placed on the inside of the bag and not on the outside.

My teen wanted a Coach bag to grow with for many years, and this is a classic purse to purchase. Perfect size - and with the two straps, one can dress it up and dress it casual. Great quality and right purchase price for the quality. Highly recommend for anyone of any age.

The handbag was just as promised but it came with a leather strap and no gold metal chain. Very confusing. Do I ask for the chain as promised or do I have to now buy it too?

I was excited to receive my item it's folded from the sides like it was used and return then the chain strap didn't come with it poorly package in a clear bag only no stuffing inside either and the tag looks like is not the right one I have never been this disappointed on receiving an item from macys. shaking my head macys from Florida !!!

It has two different straps for different occasions (casual or dressed up). The gold detailing really adds to the purse. You can wear it as a crossbody purse or on your shoulder. It’s great quality with lots of storage for cards. It also goes with so many different outfits. I’m sure she will be wearing it everywhere
