Several items clearly described and shown as part of the package were missing from my order. Adorama was completely unhelpful and offered no reasonable solution. Their only response was to tell me to return the entire package, which would have disrupted my vacation because of their mistake. Adorama admitted that the listing on the Macy’s website was incorrect and claimed they were working to fix it. Three weeks later, the same misleading listing is still active. The package itself may look like a good deal, but the customer service was extremely poor. Adorama refused to take responsibility, made no effort to provide the missing items, and expected the customer to deal with the inconvenience caused by their inaccurate listing. I would not recommend purchasing this bundle unless you are prepared to receive an incomplete order and receive little to no assistance afterward.
