I called to report my two shams that are missing, I only received the comforter set, I was told there is nothing they can do since the return window already passed. Therefore, I was stuck with just using the comforter set with no shams. Customer service did not try to at least do anything to resolve the problem. Very disappointed.

I love the crisp white color and the intricate bows throughout the comforter and pillowcases, it's giving cottage core! It's a perfect fit for my queen bed, and it's SOOO comfortable! It feels like sleeping wrapped up in a cloud..soft, fluffy and luxurious. It's made really well, so it should last me quite a while! Adorable!!
