The cut of the dress is accurate to the photo but the fabric is regular cotton - thick as a tshirt would be and not appropriate for a dress - given the price, i think its overpriced for the quality of fabric.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got an xl was too big. Too long. But more importantly I was disappointed with the fabric. It was thin, flimsy, not the usual Marcella quality in my opinion. Style is nice. Unfortunately sent it back.
The dress back does not hang the same way as shown in picture The design is beautiful, the fabric could be nicer.
Delicious (stretchy, forgiving and comfortable + easy to pack) fabric, quality workmanship, flattering fit (I'm 125 lb. 5'5" and I will have to shorten the dress to wear with sensible heels), sophisticated and timeless design/silhouette.
The material and cut of this dress are simply amazing! I have a few extra lbs on me right now and the A-line cut is very forgiving - as well as having this silky fabric that drapes and moves so beautifully - very happy I got it and can't WAIT to show it off!
