Seam on pillow was undone!!! A big hole on pillow... Not what I expected. Did not expect item to be damaged that way!!!

I bought this a month ago and I so happy that my nephew finally received it in September.

The pills are too soft

I bought Nautica pillows a couple years ago from Macy's, and loved them, but they were starting to get a little lumpy from washing. when I ordered new sheets, I bought another set. They are completely different, and noticably cheaper and lower quality. The older pillows were denser and fluffier. These new pillows and too soft initially, then flatten out and lose their softness within one night of use. These are virtually identical to the cheapest pillows from a discount store. Total garbage and a waste of money. I wish I hadn't thrown away the packaging so I could return them.

I ordered two sets of 2 pack Nautica pillows, one set was ok and the other one was like it’s already been used. There’s no firmness whatsoever, but it’s a lot better brand than the Polo brand pillows.
