I like a boxy fit for this reason, and the Bedale being a bit shorter fits my 5'5" 120lb frame with just the right oversized fit. Bought size 36-- Usual women's size 6. Got the olve as it is the skyoil finish which is softer and a bit more comfortable to wear than the Thornproof on other colors. I have down coats, but like this better as it does not get oppressively hot while in a store.. The corduroy collar does not get discolored from lotions I may have on my face Love the little knit cuffs inside of sleeve that women's coats do not have. Second one for me as I have a size 34 that is good if no layers needed, which I bought in 2000 and still going strong with a lot of patina!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my husband. This jacket is a staple piece of clothing that can last. He loves it since there is a little weight to it so it feels substantial. The only thing he isn’t crazy about is the high polish gold zipper.
