I love this company and have written positive reviews. My favorite is my steel pan. But this one is tough. I like the look and way the slab cooks pizza and focaccia but it you are a female you will need to be a German or polish weight lifter to clean it. I spray it heavily with oil and nothing stick so that is good. But the residual oils bakes on so hard that it takes a strong man scrubbing Beverly hard with plastic capers usung an abrasive cleaner to make it look halfway decent. The bottom is unglazed and will NEVER come clean. It’s just way too much work for the results even though the results are good. Thirty (30) minutes of very hard scrubbing is more effort than the lpaan yields. If you’re a burly man who likes to scrub then buy it. If you are a female, you should not buy it. Love you MadeIn but this one is not a winner.

Useful for a number of tasks! I roasted vegetable for a pasta primavera and they browned beautifully! My wife plans to make a lemon bar cake next; my mouth is already watering.
I've been waiting on buying this guy since I first saw its appearance on the site. Love the unique and rare geometry for this design. It's going to get a lot of use at the holidays. First bake was the loverly caramelized onion and chive focaccia recipe!
Love the baking slab. Have used it for the mushroom tart (recipe on the website) and a slab peach crisp. Gets crust crisp but still releases well.
I love the looks and feel of this beautiful baking slab so I was very disappointed the first time I used it to make my regular focaccia recipe (with lots of oil coating the pan) and it completely stuck! I may have to send it back.

I am not a baker but I bought this because I love an easy slab pie. It came out perfect with store bought pie dough! Did a mixed berry and not only did it taste good it looked so perfect being served in the french pan. I plan to have the baker in my family try focaccia next
This is the slab I never knew I needed…until now. It is wonderfully nonstick without parchment paper; so far have roasted veggies on it as well as baked dessert bars. I can see getting a LOT of use out of this beautiful piece.
Beautifully designed and excellent quality porcelain. We could taste the difference in the first dish we cooked using it- the porkchops were very moist with a crispy crust
Excellent quality but I didn’t think it was deep enough for a pie so I returned it. Love the concept.
