It's easy to set up and easy to carry around. It's not overly heavy. You can deflate it to store it or keep it inflated. I've been using it during my workouts and it's definitely been helping me with my balance.

It's easy to inflate and they send the needle and pump with it. So far I've been using it by standing and lifting weights but I need to look up some more routines where I can use it for squats lunges etc. It's heavy and solid and a very quality piece of equipment. Love it!

The balance ball comes mostly deflated, so you'll need to inflate with the included tools. It only takes a couple of minutes and it comes with an extra plug, just in case you lose the first one. The balance ball is on the heavier side but isn't so heavy that you can't move it around. The heaviness keeps it from sliding around. I plan to store it sideways when not in use and it's light enough to do so. The rubber on the ball is very heavy duty and is nonslip, whether standing or sitting on it. I like the color of this ball too. It's a deep carbon black and looks as elegant as it could possibly look for what it is.

The rubberized outside is matte black, which means not slippery, and feels like a thicker material. It came with a pump and two plugs and was very easy to blow up. It is definitely going to last a long time and I like that it feels more sturdy. My girls are swimmers and they are also using it for their core and balance workouts to help strengthen their bodies for long distance swimming. Such a great tool for working out at home.
