Very good material

I ordered this handbag in bright white. It wasn't white; it is a cream color. In addition, I'm not sure what E/W means in the description, but this is very strange vinyl. It is soft, which is nice, but it looks like a fabric vinyl. It is hard to describe. It is very evident in the Bright White color, but not in the black. I like this handbag in black because it is just the right size and is pliable, and the E/W fabric isn't apparent in the dark color. So, I recommend the black, but not the white color. I hope this is helpful. If you are looking for a bright white handbag, don't believe the description!
