I 'm a size 10M but purchased these in 9.5N due to all the reviews stating that they run big, wide and long. Right after I placed the order I tried to cancel it because I was afraid they wouldn't fit right and didn't want to deal with returning them. When I went to my account I discovered that the shoes were sold by a third party vendor and the only way to contact them was through email, which I did. It said it would take up to two business days to receive a reply. They never did reply until I received an email stating that the shoes had been shipped. I was fuming. I have no idea if return shipping would be free, because, luckily, the 9.5N did fit and I am keeping them. I don't like that Macys is selling things through third party vendors as I don't always remember to look for who is selling the item I want to buy. I used to be able to count on Macys. They were my go-to. Not any more.

Nice arch support, comfortable - fits well
Great sandal, but does run maybe a half size smaller. Has some arch support and is still very cute.
Fashionable and very comfortable for my feet. Nothing can beat the arch support and comfort of this stylish everyday slip on sandal. Love it. I own two pairs in two different colors for this very reason. My feet love them.

This shoe looks good with any attire. I love the Velcro straps, which can be adjusted to the width of your foot.
The shoe has a great arch and adjustable straps for them, width of your foot.
The shoes were very pretty and well made, but the arch support was so high that it made them very uncomfortable and almost painful to wear. I returned them.
I have high arches so these sandals are great to wear around the house for foot support on my tile and hardwood floors.
