The comforter set it’s nice and warm, love the colors, but when i received the product one of the pillowcases was ripped!!! Am very disappointed because the quality control should be more careful before packing and sending the product to the customer. Always buy from Macys but few times I been having problems that i have to go to the store and return it. Very frustrating and disappointing.
While the products were fine, I need to tell your customer service department that I am extremely disappointed with them. You have been canceling my legitimate orders without any explanation at all my payments have been well-founded. I have excellent credit, I have an excellent income and I have no criminal history. So why are you telling me that I can no longer order from your website? You will give me no callback and absolutely no reasons given for why you do not want my business. You are an absolutely pathetic company. You owe me so much more than your avoidance in answering my questions. I have canceled my account since you will not allow me to legitimately order and pay for my items.
I received it a few days ago. It was packed so tightly, it had permanent wrinkles and creases. When I laid it out to hopefully straighten the creases, I discovered a tear in it by the care tags. It was a couple inches long and the filling was coming out. I returned it the next day. It was too large to fit in the original packaging so I had to take it to their store. Not convenient.
I bought this comforter for my son. It isn't too heavy or too thin. My son said it's very comfortable. Very happy with this purchase!
Comforter arrived quickly but rolled up tightly in a relatively small package, so I was afraid it wasn't going to be a good quality. However, it is very soft and very warm without extra bulk. Absolutely LOVE it!!

I give this set 5 stars. The colors are exactly as pictured, the material is much softer than the average comforter and the size fits perfectly. I purchased the green/cream comforter. Definitely recommend!

I bought two of these and I’m glad I did. They’re well stitched and really feel like comforters that could easily cost quite a bit more. Having these for guests at the price I’ve paid is that rare feeling of getting an exceptional bang for the buck.
