Disappointed as I bought this to use as a personal item for an upcoming flight. Website has it listed much smaller than actual dimensions. Tag attached to bag says 20 inches where description online says 14. Unfortunately I will have to return. Looks like a nice bag and feels comfortable as a backpack.
I LOVE this backpack!!! The absolute BEST!!!
Walked it down to the local Mall, went into Walgreens, still pulling it to get Vacinated and shop and put multiple items in. Then to 2 more stores... and back to my Apartment without having to put a backpack on my 58 year old body after a hip replacement!
