Columbia Women's Omni-Tech™ Arcadia II Rain Jacket

This was the jacket that I was looking for. It was lightweight and packable with a hood. It was way too small. I ordered a L that I normally do but it would not zip up at the hip line. Unless you are very, very slender in figure, this is not the jacket for you. I had to return mine and look for another style.

This is my second time purchasing a Columbia rain jacket, and I love it! It’s breathable, comfortable, and easy to move in. I especially love the hood for those times when I don’t have my umbrella. It’s a great jacket for hiking and staying comfortable in rainy weather!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the color is lovely, the fit was poor. The body was too snug and the arms way too long. I liked the jacket material as it was very light but I didn’t like the placement of the Velcro. I returned it.

I bought my usual size it fit but not with enough room to layer, so returned and went a size larger a little too big but will keep for a trip to Chicago this Fall.

Love this jacket. It’s easy to travel with as it packs into its own pocket. Does a great job as a rain jacket & comes in so many colors that it’s hard to choose just one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fine, perfectly average jacket in terms of make. I bought Mineral Pink and it was much paler than I would've wanted and didn't like it. I'm 5'3" and 130lbs with 28" waist and 40" hips and bought a medium that I did return because it was tighter than I expected, especially if you want any layers underneath. Primarily though, I didn't realize it utilized velcro closures over the zipper, and it really made the jacket feel cheap and unnecessarily difficult to use. I had a trip I was leaving for 3 days after receiving this jacket, and I could not in good conscience take this with me and scrambled to find something else. Unfortunate, but #sweepstakes.
