UNIKOME Heavyweight Goose Down Fiber Comforter, California King

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good quality comforter sold by Unikome in a neutral color that goes with a wide range of styles. It also comes with sewn-in hooks on the sides for a duvet cover. My only concern is that it is not as heavyweight as others I've had in the past. In practice, it functions more like an everyday weight for most seasons. It also makes a decent amount of noise since it is polyester- so invest in a duvet. Although I would enjoy more stuffing and weight, it is still a nice addition to any bedroom set.

The color is light which I prefer so that I could wash and clean it regularly. It is made of goose down fiber, a must for colder nights. it gives a feeling of luxury hotel room at home.

But not only is it warm it’s not so heavy that it’s overheating your body and almost has a cooling effect! I have the twin size, and it fits my bed. Great it’s not too small. There’s enough so that you can cover up comfortably 10 out of 10 recommend and will definitely be getting a king size version for my bed.

The quilted design makes for a more stylish, refined look. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a warm yet functional comforter.

I was excited for trying this product because of its color and the description. I love the color a lot. Actually, I washed it two times with cold water but the packaging scent didn’t go away. So make sure to wash it 2-3 times before using it especially for sensitive people. I love how after washing the inside material didn’t shrink in one side. I think the way of threading helped a lot. It’s very durable. One thing that this comforter is not so much heavyweight as described. It is still perfect for all seasons with heater and AC on. I love this comforter and I really recommend.

This comforter also has a little bit of weight, nothing too crazy to keep you feeling warm and comfortable all night long. Just a little note, the comforter did have a weird smell right out of the packaging so I could recommend airing it out before use.

It seems pretty breathable, but I haven’t put it into a duvet cover so it still needs to be seen. We don’t have a twin sized bed but we have a giant couch so this is perfect for our movie nights now that it’s getting colder out!

It has that perfect “hotel bed” feel — heavy enough to feel warm and comforting, but still breathable so I don’t overheat. The stitching is even, and the filling stays nicely in place (no weird clumps!). The color is a beautiful neutral beige that looks elegant and cozy in my room, and it fluffed up perfectly after a few hours out of the package. The fabric feels smooth and high-quality, not noisy or plasticky like some cheaper options. If you love that cloud-like, tucked-in feeling when you sleep, this is a great buy. Totally worth it!
