I can't think of anything to dislike about this knife. I have purchased 3 of them so far and the first of those has been sharpened so many times that the edge is worn back to the relief divots making it impossible to get a truly sharp edge on it anymore but I still use it for things where "not quite sharp" doesn't matter. The two newer ones see use for every meal that gets prepared in my kitchen and when one of them gets worn to much it will be replaced with another just like it.

A lovely go to knife. I use this one the most because it is useful in most settings. I get the thinnest onion cuts with this and it stays beautifully sharp.
