UNIKOME Ultra Soft Goose Down and Feather Fiber Comforter, California King

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took time to use this comforter before reviewing so I could give honest feedback. It is super comfortable. Definitely wash and dry it after you receive it because it will fluff up. I was so scared I would be hot and miserable under it because I’m a hot sleeper but it isn’t bad at all. It is well made and again super comfortable. I would recommend this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a few down comforters over the years so I'm aware that the natural feathers will have a smell when it's new and especially right after being washed but the smell with this one just never went away. I followed the instructions and it's perfectly dry but still smells like wet dog. I'm going to continue letting it air out but overall right now it's not usable. Everything else about the quality seemed about what I'd be expecting for something like this - just the right amount of fluff. It's a bummer it didn't work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The comforter is very nice. It’s not to heavy, but does keep you quite warm at night. I put the comforter in the dryer and hung for a day before using because it is vacuum sealed.

The comforter is well made, plush, and soft and fits my bed perfectly. There are some drawbacks though. It must be washed on a delicate cycle and either dried on low heat or zero heat. It took several rounds in the dryer to dry and then it still smells odd. It’s an unpleasant smell that I hope goes away with time. I think it’s the bird feathers and down that make it smell bad. I tried to eliminate the smell with Lysol fabric spray, but it didn’t help. Also if the comforter is handled too roughly some of the very fine feathers come out in the seems. It’s nice for a free item, but unfortunately I cannot recommend it because of the smell.

It makes the room look so luxurious and comfortable! I was able to machine wash and dry without any problems. The look and feel and weight of this comforter was just what I wanted for this room!

I could not beleive the change the color and pattern of this comforter lightened and brightened up our entire bedroom. Because this comforter is so light and airy you will sleep like a baby We LOVE this comforter !!!! And would recommend and also will be purchasing for other rooms!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultra soft is sooo right! It’s crazy soft and oh so comfortable. It’s surprisingly lightweight, not heavy at all. I showed all angles of my bed because it’s a queen mattress with a California King comforter. I’m got so tired of the nighttime routine of blanket fighting that I started purchasing larger comforters. It goes just to the floor on both sides. We really, really like this blanket. It feels good when you’re relaxing in bed too. Now I need one for my guest bedroom.
