This is an excellent neck warmer for cold weather. It fits snug against the neck but also can be pulled up to cover your nose. The thermal lining is so soft! I enjoy wearing this over wearing a scarf because it stays in place and does not create bulk underneath a coat. It's also machine washable. I highly recommend all Heat Holder products. I have been very satisfied with all of their products.
