Made In Enameled Cast Iron 11.5'' Skillet

I recently purchased an 11" enameled cast iron skillet. Please know that I've used cast iron skillets for over 50 years now. They're seasoned perfectly and are basically non stick, but want to downsize the number of skillets I use. Someone gave me a 9" similar skillet years ago and I needed one more. I've been buying and using Made In saucepans for years and love, them so I purchased the 11" skillet to complete to complete what I now need. This skillet cooks and cleans beautifully. Love it!

Had this for a month and it's replaced all my other pans, unbelievably non stick and food cooks evenly, immediately ordered a different size too!

It looks really nice, even though it cooks and cleans well I was expecting a smoother finish inside. I couldn't be happier with all my madein pieces.

Got these two in Marigold and they are beautiful and great quality, I am happy with my purchase.

The pan itself works very well and as expected from a French made cast iron pan. It has been used very frequently for 7 months and no issues with the interior and exterior. Avoid putting in dishwasher. What I have to complain about is the handle. It needs a redisign, it's flat, not ergonomic, and slippery. Holding a heavy pan like this with such a bad handle is ripe for a disaster. Go back to the drawing board with a better handle design. I can't recommend it because of that.

I really like this pan. I gave it 4 stars because I’d like to see the lift handle made larger. It’s a bit difficult for me to grasp with potholders os glove mitt.

It’s beautiful, functional, easy to clean, and the perfect size. It moves easily from burner to oven. Nothing sticks. No rivets to clean. I’ve used it daily for omelettes, steak, fish, one pot meals and I’ve retired my non stick pans. I bought it in Marigold. So pretty and utilitarian.

Marvelous pan, and beautiful. Works well with high heat.

Not a good skillet. Just what it is, terrible cookware
