This is a great product. Makes the best crispy pizza crust! Pizza slides right off the pan when finished cooking and needs almost no clean up. Just a quick wipe down. I love it!!
I tried this pizza pan on my grill and it turned out so well that I'm going to order another one so I can cook two at a time!
Very stout pizza pan. We have used it multiple time to grill peppers, onions, and other vegetables on the grill. Also used it to sear thin meat cuts. Works well, cleans up fast. We have yet used it for pizza! But will soon.
Those pesky easy and cheap grocery pizzas go to a whole new level when I use my seasoned carbon pizza steel pan. I love a slightly crusty crust, and it's like a perfect 10. Added a few more seasonings and a little extra cheese, and voila, my seven dollar pizza tastes like the local pizza place, and I've got sixteen more dollars to put in toward my next MadeInWare purchase.

The Made In pizza steel is top quality, heavy duty and makes me look like a professional chef at home. It arrive on time in a beautiful fabric sleeve that keeps it protected from the other pans/cooking sheets in my baking drawer. I am thrilled!!

I love this thing. I bought my first one on a whim and now I own 3 because we simply can’t fathom making pizzas without it (or anything requiring crisping). It’s also great for heating up rolls and breads. Sometimes I just throw foil over it for quick heating up of leftovers. It’s great on the grill for a few veggies. It’s just a super versatile piece.
I love this thing. I became aware of made in through some restaurant professional acquaintances of my son who lives in Chicago. We were looking for some knives of my daughter for Christmas. She was looking to upgrade so I asked my son to get some recommendations. Some of his chef friends suggested Made In. We purchased the Japanese collection for my daughter and I've been a Made In fan ever since. As far as the pizza pan, I love pizza pans but have never found one that I thought I'd have forever...now I do. It obviously is heavy duty. The crust turns out better than any other pan I've used (and that's the point of using a pan like this). Well worth the money.
Bought two to be able to feed our larger family on pizza night. Used for first time and was so much better than cookie sheets and wire racks. Wish there was a larger size available.
