Great for everything you’re cooking not just sauce
Love this pan. Such even heat. I also have the 3 quart saucier which I wish had a handle on the opposite side of the long handle like the 5 quart saucier does. I do wish Made In had a 1 quart pot of some kind.

Perfect New Pan for a Not-So-New home cook!
The 3 qt. Stainless Clad Saucier was my first purchase from Made In. It is sitting on my stovetop now with a marinara bubbling away! I love that there was plenty of surface room to saute my Italian sausage and because of the high sloped sides, it is simmering without splashing. You can feel the weight of the stainless but the pan is not too heavy for these "more mature" hands to lift. Now I need to buy the 5 qt saucier for when the whole family is here!

Great Multipurpose Pan
Just received my Made In 3 quart saucier. Beautiful and well made pan with great heat distribution, it will get plenty of use. May need to get the 5 quart too.

You won’t be disappointed
Always wanted to own some serious cookware and finally made the plunge when Made In was having a sale. I wanted to judge the quality, so I bought one piece to start (3qt saucier) and now plan on purchasing a full set. It’s a beautifully crafted piece and it’s been great to cook with. The first meal I prepared with it was a garlic shrimp pasta and it was a joy to cook with. Highly recommend Made In to those that want to up their cookware game!
