Luxorro Large Leather Briefcase - Large Capacity and Elegant - Perfect for Daily Usage

My attorney daughter in law loves it!

The briefcase looks very nice and appears to be good quality. I will give it Four stars for the product because of the flap closure problem and 2 stars for customer service from Luxorro. One flap had some issues with the magnets working properly to keep the flap closed. Finally got it adjusted but took a couple of weeks to sort this out. Luxorro customer service is very slow. Went to register the bag with Luxorro and found out what was ordered and paid for (17" Bag) and what was delivered (15" bag) was the wrong size (I thought my laptop fit a little tight) I paid for the 17" bag. The product was bought from Macys, but it was delivered from Luxorro. Not sure at this time where the disconnect for the order to delivery had the problem. But it looks like I will have to return this to Macy's and reorder a new bag. Ordered this Bag on June 17th and it is now July 14th and still dealing with the issues for the exchange. Would just like to exchange the bag for the Size I paid for.

I bought this for a graduation gift for a Ph.D. He hasn't received it yet, but it's exactly the kind of stuff he likes. It arrived in a sturdy box that makes a perfect gift box. I am well pleased.

Elegant computer bag

Wow the packaging is just as beautiful as the item! The product was a gift to my husband He was so pleased as I was to see the quality If you are looking for a great case this is it!

I was really surprised that so much had been done to safely package the briefcase. Boxed and bagged and bagged again. They make it very plain that they stand firmly behind their product. They ask you to inspect it and call with any problem. It has all the pockets anyone could want. Storage for anything. Now, it isn't cheap, but its quality surpasses anything I've seen before and it's truly beautiful!

Update of my earlier review... I'm not sure what happened, but the customer service representative I began with went missing. However, I did eventually hear from a new person and received very quick, responsive service. The company shipped out a second bag and this one passed all inspections. The leather quality is excellent and all the zippers and snaps work. A very well-designed computer bag!
