Arrived from India (no fees required),well packaged with a plastic outer bag and pretty box complete with a quote from Iris Apfel and little note. Beautiful headband, just as pictured. And handmade! The pearls are very pretty. It is lined with a black velvety fabric. And best yet: not painful on the head, unlike some headbands. Wonderful purchase.
