The tracking number showed that the items I ordered were delivered to my house on Nov 21st. I never received the items, so then I called customer support whom were very helpful in assisting me. I am now getting the same items with expedited delivery. Thank you Macy's customer support team!

I bought two different pairs of diamond earrings for this price. This pair was not in store and had to be ordered. I was elated when I opened the box to see the sparkle and size of these diamonds. I could not believe the price of these exquisite earrings. Now I own a pair of beautiful diamond earrings. I will return the pair I bought in store since the earrings and diamonds are smaller . Definitely affordable luxury and gift worthy to mothers, sisters, wives, daughters, girlfriends and keepsakes for granddaughters

The tag price tag was connected to the back of the earnings when I removed it tje back broke. Was going to return but the policy stated that if the tags are removed you can’t return jewelry.

At the discounted price it wasn’t entirely a bad purchase provided the stem wasn’t bent. Fortunately I was able to strengthen it and move on. Unfortunately it was my wife who discovered it like that. I gave her the option to return it but wanted to keep it considering it was Mother’s Day. Had I paid the full retail price I probably would’ve exploded lol.

They're nice but not sure if because they are on sale the clips are flemsy. Bent when taking off info stickers.

Love these… the color and brillance of the diamonds was a standout .. i love the baguette diamonds in the middle would purchase the yellow gold next time for my daughter..

The baguette square design of these earrings make for a substantial appearance, despite being 1/4 carat each. I give that a 5. But they are extremely lightweight, the posts tiny and seem like they could break off at any time and the backs are the tiniest I've ever seen for earrings. They could have made up in weight with heavier posts and definitely more quality backs to the earring, without significantly increasing the cost. I rate this part of the earring a 1, accounting for the 3 rating. I will be careful with the post and am using better backs from other earring sets.

I was in Macy's looking for a pair of diamond studs. I thought these were going to be a lot of money, but it turned out they were a great price on sale. The online photo does not do these earrings justice. They are gorgeous in person, but they do need new backs, as the ones that come with them are much too small.
