I was very disappointed in these pillows. There is nothing firm about them. They flatten out under your head and then you have puffy sides around your head. I was expecting a firm pillow that I could expect to rest on and it would support my head and not sink into it. I was actually looking for a firm king size pillow but there is nothing firm about it.
Great pillow. Nice and heavy like real down. Extra firm probably isn’t as firm as some would expect, but I prefer that.

Absolutely, "not" as described. They're soft and not firm. I'm returning all 4 items. Very disappointed in both Macy's and RLH.
