It fits a lot of snacks and food, plush a little ice pack. The front pocket is perfect for hand sanitizer, wipes, or utensils. We take it to the park. I appreciate the longer strap on it as well. Great to take to the park or on day stops when we need to pack a few snacks and a lunch.
