Sole is not flexible at all compared to other brands in the same price range. Photos looked like it is comfortable but it’s not. Under the liner there is half sole of a hardboard. Also the piece of leather in the back of the ankle is very plastic like. I am returning it.

Shoes are great but they charge tax on them even if you live in Massachusetts. And 2 text to company with no results and 2 calls to Macy leads to more emails needing to be sent. Don’t get caught in this loop
