My Macy’s order was marked “delivered,” but nothing ever arrived. UPS never came down my street, and my cameras show no delivery attempt. When I called UPS, they said the packages were signed for by someone named Lucifer—clearly not me. The driver also had no proof of delivery. Despite this, Macy’s refused a refund or replacement and even blocked me from filing a UPS claim. As a long‑time customer who’s never requested a return or replacement, this was incredibly frustrating. I paid for merchandise I never received, and neither Macy’s nor UPS is taking responsibility. Now I have to go to UPS in person to file a formal complaint against the driver to launch an investigation.
