No Show Luggage!!!
To review this luggage you must first receive it. Ordered 11/27/25. Today is 12/10/25.10 days beyond the promised delivery date of 12/02/25 and are notified to expect delivery on 12/22/25. I've cancelled this order twice and still waiting for a response from Macy to refund my money.

Late Delivery time
Thank you for the delivery, however the delivery time had said 3 to 6 days, but this became 11 days, which was a bit of an inconvenience. I would like to suggest to give a better estimate of delivery time especially during the busy seasons for planning purposes.
