Love this fragrance...however barely smell the scent when you spray it on!! Hopefully they can make this perfume with some staying power like it had when it first came out.!

It is a great evening scent or slightly sexy and intriguing daytime vibe without being too over the top. Works well for men or women and it may have become my new favourite scent!

It has a unique scent with a mix of woody, floral and amber tones. It has top notes of saffron and Jasmine. It gives a light powder-like scent which is long-lasting and lingers.

If you are into expensive perfumes this would be worth the price tag. It also gets you many compliments when you wear it, since it is such nice scent. I would wear it more in the evening, not that often during the day. Regarding the smell, I can describe it as woody, spicy, ambery, kind of sweet but also not too sweet. It definitely is a perfume that is easily liked by almost everybody which makes it a safe blind buy.

It is a condensed version of the perfume itself. I love the signature smell of Baccarat Rouge 540, the amber and woody finish gives a very expensive feeling. Perfect to have a shower before going on a date and pair with the signature perfume.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried baccarat rouge 540 as part of a test of a free product for my honest review. I usually wear PR million, Sauvage and Mont Blanc explorer. This is completely different to my usual options. It smells deep and mature, not sweet. It’s not like a scent you’ll pick up on aftershaves on a night out. It’s more of a ‘business’ like scent. I wouldn’t wear it as an everyday for an office but for an important occasion. A good option to have in my collection for sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This perfume is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve had so many compliments every time I’ve wore it. You only need 1 to 2 spray and it lasts the whole day. I can also still smell it in my hair the following day. It smells so fresh and expensive without being too overpowering. Definitely one of my favourite perfumes I’ve tried, would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Baccarat Rouge 540 is one of those scents that people notice right away. On me it smells like burned sugar, but it’s not overly sweet though. There is something fresh and woody in it too, almost like pine, which keeps it from feeling heavy or sticky. It reminds me a lot of the smell of Katsura tree in the fall, soft, warm, slightly sweet scent you catch in the air when leaves are turning. It feels cozy and comforting, but still light enough to wear anytime. The only downside is that this scent has been copied a lot, and I notice similar versions everywhere. But most of them feel flat compared to the original, as it has more depth and stays interesting as you wear it. For me it is one of those signature, almost legendary scents that I will always come back to.
