The stainless steel feels sturdy and well-made, and the included lid fits nicely and is compatible with my tri-ply 3qt saucepan. I've had this pan about two years. It's used maybe once a week. I was surprised to fine three cracks in the pan when I used it last night. I've never had a pan crack before. I have no idea how it happened.
Wow! What a dissappointment! Replacing 2 pans left in a rental motorhome that were 40+ years old. They were also cuisinart. Those pans were wonderful! I order two new pans expecting the same quality and the first time using them they scratched and discolored. What's up with that? Thats not the same quality product. I will be returning.
They manufacture a good product and the warranty on the pan is life time. I ordered on line and it took 10 days to deliver the product.

Bought this and used to almost every day! Love it!
I like this product but I was not able to give it five stars, however, because it lacks a spout. Therefore, pouring anything from it, such as soup, is a big mess. If I had realized this at the time, I would not have bought it.

My item was ordered on 30 Nov. It is now 12 Dec and it still has not left Macy's. Tracking says seller created a label....But they have not sent it. I called there customer assistance # and you don't get anyone in the states. The person I spoke to said she is going to send a refund. I am still waiting for it. I really wanted this pot.
