The chain broke after only 2 uses. I am disappointed.

Everyone forgets the neck, but this mask is a lifesaver. It’s super flexible and actually stays in place. My skin looks way less 'crepey' and much smoother after just a few sessions.

I love the product but the chain is a headache and I would love to get the chin covered too but is too small for that , I have to hold it up to be able to cover that area , another thing is that you should update the app to be able to use the mask and the neck devise at the same time

Have used it 3 times so far but do feel my neck is feeling happier already. Have it a four star as the chain broke on day 1 and I was being delicate with it. looking for a replacement chain but for the time being wear it lying down, however it’s difficult to hold on to when I want my back done

Was very upset cuz it never work it I had very high hopes I will look for a better brand

I have the face LED mask and it's amazing. Unfortunately, this neck & décolleté LED mask does not cover the full neck area where aging typically begins. The adjustable band is also unfortunately not the best quality, as it keeps popping out during use. Otherwise, the functions, different programs, and light options to choose from are outstanding. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for an updated, improved version in the future.

This mask is so comfortable I forget I’m even wearing it. It gives great coverage and can be used in multiple ways. I’m so glad I found it because my neck has always been a problem area and this mask has made a huge difference. I’ve noticed fewer wrinkles, and my skin doesn’t crease the way it used to. It’s helped me fix so many little imperfections, and I just had to share how amazing this technology is. It’s definitely my strongest weapon in the fight against aging.

This has really helped with neck discoloration and signs of aging. After only a few uses, my skin looks more even and firm, and some of my very stubborn dark spots have faded a bit, it worked better than all the acids I’ve tried. It’s comfy to wear and super easy to use while doing other stuff which is a big deal because I’m a busy mom who works from home. If you want to give your neck some extra love, this is a solid pick!

Me gusta muchísimo y da buenos resultados. Aún así está mascarilla es incómoda y no para de caerse. Hay que quedarse tumbada sin moverse para que se quede bien colocada y aprovecho para relajarme. También lamento mucho la falta de Leds en la zona de la papada donde hay una apertura.
