Proven quality & comfort.
I love these slippers. I am still using my first pair that is due for replacement, so I already knew the quality and comfort. Adjustable fit is great. They feel secure. The cushioning is just right. I have washed my current pair so many times, and they still look like new. The inner sole has begun to break down a bit over much use, wear, and washings, but they still look like new. I've never found a better slipper. So, now a new beautiful blue is ready to take over soon. The pleasing color value is also important. Always pleased with Macy's!

Velcro doesn't velcro!!
Velcro is awful!! My right foot was a little tight so I adjusted it. Now it won't stay put for nothing, I walk out of them frequently and that isn't good for someone my age!!! The left one has done fine (I never adjusted it) so I thought I would buy another pair and just NEVER adjust them, but after reading the comments, I don't think that will work either. I love them because the memory foam seems to be the best of any of the Isotoner slippers for me. This makes me very sad!!

These are the only slippers I wear at home. They are very comfortable and the cushion helps to prevent heel pain!!!

Comfortable slippers
I ordered these on line and was pleased with the slippers. The problem I incurred is that the Velcro does hold very well. I would walk out of them. Solved the problem by stitching both ends of the flap. No problem now.

Not comfortable. At first they felt good a few steps in and they felt awkward uncomfortable. I will be returning them.

Not great
The base of the shoe is very comfortable. Soft and squishy. Walking in them though, is like walking on a stiff clunky board and the tops dig into my foot.
