This order was cancelled 4 days after it was purchased on-line. If it did not go through in the beginning due to lack of inventory, I can understand but 4 days later. This is very unsettling about ordering on-line especially when so much merchandise is not available in the stores.

As a devoted Chicagoan I wanted to order an updated Marshall Field’s clock ornament. I love my delicate 2006 Christopher Radko clock ornament so much. I was stunned to see the difference in size when I received this year’s. In fact, when walking through Macy’s Christmas display I noticed how most of the ornaments are larger. This will take more strategic placement on the tree.

A beautiful Marshall Fields clock ornament in the iconic green MF color. Thrilled with Macy’s customer service rep at Old Orchard Mall for placing the order for my friend and I. It will always keep a special place during the holidays for generations to come.
