Cache Creme Satin Foundation

I ordered this foundation on August 23 and never got it. I've been waiting on Macy's to process the refund I requested, but it still hasn't shown up.

I ordered DOUCCE NM5 NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT!! I WAS TOLD A REPLACEMENT AND NEVER RECEIVED IT

Have not received my order!! I’m not happy at all!!! You got YOUR money. I haven’t rec’d MY order. Almost 3 weeks since I placed order. Either confirm where it is or refund my money. No matter what, there won’t be a good review!

My order shows as delivered, but I never received it. I have checked everywhere and confirmed that the package is missing. It has been over a month and a half, and this situation is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to file a dispute with my bank.

So... I'm a foundation junkie! My makeup cabinet never holds less than 20 brands. I'm always trying different brands to improve the look of my 73 year-old skin. I came across the Cache Creme Foundation on the Macy's website. I was unfamiliar with the brand, and so I gave it a try...and I'm glad I did. The foundation has a nice creamy consistency and provides good coverage. It lessens the appearance of some age spots as well as Mohs surgery scars. I find it 'sets up' quickly so I need to blend it quickly over my face, and it sets to a nice matte finish. It's always a gamble choosing a shade online, but the PL3 is perfect for me - a nice rosy ivory shade.
