The shoes are very nicely made, solid and comfortable, yet very lightweight. If you have wide feet (like I do) it'll take a bit to break in. I'm a professional photographer and my gigs require semi formal wear with 6-8 hours on my feet. These shoes are a good bet for great looks and comfort.
Ankle hurts a lot and takes a while to break in, and past the 30 day period! Wish I could return for a refund. I still love Rockport, this shoe was just not for me.
