Do not purchase the large size they do not have it and are just taking ppl money. Shows low stock on website and it’s actually on back order and it’s a collab shirt so they will never restock. I recommend getting a different size and getting it tailored if you want it that bad.
I really want this shirt. I literally ordered 4 times. Every time it always the same thing happen waited a few days status on order. Then after that it saying, "Sorry your order are delayed". Then the next day or couple days later, "Sorry we are out of stock". If you don't have it on your stock, say so. Don't display it on your website. What joke!
I ordered twice and each time they show the item in stock, pending shipping, and then after several days cancelled. No reason given yet they still list the product as available? They should take the item offline.
I ordered this shirt on two occasions and both times they cancelled the order. I assumed they didn't have it in stock, both times. The price was too good to be true. If you don't have the shirt then take it off your website. Good luck if you're planning to order it.
From the beginning they gave me the run around... they said it was coming, then said it was lost, then said they had to wait because it could still come, told me they would communicate with the vendor then never did, told me I had to wait again even though the day it was supported to arrive kept pushing back... now they canceled the order and I cant find this item ANYWHERE. I would've just bought it from Hugo boss weeks ago if you had just told me that it was out of stock.... I spend too much money at macy for you all to not take my concerns seriously. Even with the customer service, are you all trying to cut expenses? Back to Nordstroms i go.
