Apparently, you’re supposed to know that this doesn’t come with a charger or cables but you’ll still need one or the other, otherwise you have an expensive brick. For the price, they should be including both.

I love the quality on the camera and I recommend it a lot even though it’s pricey and best camera ever lol!!
I have been a fan of Canons advanced point and shoots for years and this is a strange bit of good and bad but I’m also glad it exists and even that I own it. The video works wonderfully in almost all regards and functions. The fam works wonders though still can’t negate the battery life. The sensor size increase means it isn’t pocketable anymore but the bitter issue is that canon small sensors just aren’t as good as others and despite the size increase it isn’t much better than the 1” Sony sensors of old. The good is that because it’s a Canon sensor the autofocus actually works well in video. The photography side is not as great. The biggest issue is the lens that while relatively fast and sharp just doesn’t have the reach that I wanted. I realize that it is for video and vloggers but 24mm is fine. I say that as someone that has used the G7xiii for that purpose and it works great. If you want to isolate a subject you really just can’t with this. There is no zoom or portrait length and while I know some will argue 50 is a portrait length just remember you now have a smaller sensor so compensation isn’t what you could do with the old 1”. So why get this over the G7xiii. Well 4k video if you need it for longer recording sessions, especially if you can plug it in. A small footprint home studio video camera with goo tracking autofocus. I might also suggest this for some real estate agents on a budget that includes the lens. Still not a bad c camera that can work as an A camera but not nearly as versatile and feels lacking for a lot of jobs.
Bought this 2 months ago for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. She used it a lot and used it too when we went to italy. The only thing is she added a flash which is not a big deal. Picture perfect quality for us with or without a flash. Yes, I would recommend this product.
I decided to return this camera after realizing it doesn’t include a flash or a memory card. For the price, I expected a bit more to be included in the box.
I never had issues with macys order maybe because its camera its says signature required the ups guy try to delivery but i have work all day I asked him to leave back door we keep our gate open but he didn’t sticks this is the last attempt to deliver i am very upset about this time
I love this camera!!! Takes awhile to figure out the settings if you choose to get a flash and hotshoe since the camera doesn’t sync with the flash. Also the software updates are random and wiped my memory card the first time I had one, disappointing but most likely user error.
I like the the wifi connectivity - download picture to Iphone or PC -- Easy to use -- the mic has clear sound-- easy to capture great pictures--
