two out of three were ok
I ordered three of these. Two of them were as pictured , and attached to a cardboard backing. The third one was loose in the package, and most shockingly, it did not have ANY rhinestones or pearls attached! I don't know how this wasn't noticed somewhere along the way. the bands on the hat are gold without the rhinestones. I gave it three stars because the completed ones are cute.
