This top is made of a somewhat loose weave linen. I have not washed it yet but I am concerned that this will be difficult care garment. The length of the top is not as long as I expected. I gave this 4 stars for the quality of the fabric. The top has a nice design, I will find out if this is a one wash nightmare or an easy care linen top.
