I’d been eyeing this jacket since Christmas. I was beyond thrilled when I saw it back in stock and at a great sale price. I picked it up tonight and that’s when the disappointment started. It was not the coat I ordered, not even close. The customer service agent said “well the numbers matched so I don’t know what happened?” Who packs these orders? They must of never looked because obviously it was not the same jacket. The rep said “I can return your money and you can order again” I looked online it saw it said few left and the price is $49.99 more, so they want me to pay another $50.00 and hope for the right jacket. What happened to customer service? I believe the rep could have helped a bit to make it right. Return and reorfer? Price match? Looked in the system to valid they really had that jacket in their inventory, I’ve been a loyal customer since I was 12 years old. I might have to start shopping some place where they actually value a customer and their money, shame on you Macys.

I love this jack. Very soft and cozy. I bought an XXL. Tahari usually runs small. This jacket is huge. I’ll return and reorder for a smaller size.

A bit bulky the color is a bit boring boxy not worth the cost

Returned due to trim on jacket. Trim was not high quality.

My daughter loves this coat. It is warm, stylish, and has a completely different look when reversed. The fit is boxy which she likes.
