French Linen Quilted Sham - Euro

I take ultimate responsibility for misreading the description of this product, however, when I see the word “set” in the title, I expect that I am getting more than one thing. I thought that I was getting a sham and quilt; unfortunately, this “quilt set” included only one European pillow sham and nothing else. Upon calling customer service believing that half of my order was missing, even the representative took a few minutes to figure out the issue and agreed that the title was misleading.
