Bought it last summer and still going strong. I love it!

Great while it lasted we only three years before the seams came apart

Easy to set up. However, the pump did not work put of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pool was bigger than I expected. It was easier to assemble and it is very sturdy from other pools I have seen. I highly recommend this pool to anyone that has big family.

Had pool less that a year, used less than 3 months and frame already began rusting in corners and on side where pump is. Now the pump inlet whole has ripped. Very very disappointed in quality of this pool.

Purchased this pool in 2020 so we had for 4 seasons. In September of this year we were on vacation and came home to one of the sides that had totally given away and this photo is the result. One would expect that it would last for more than 4 seasons considering the elevated cost since it was purchased during the pandemic. We also had to replace 2 filters in those 4 seasons. Never again Bestway! If I could give it no stars I would.

Bought Pool March 1, 2021, Put it up July 3, 2021, Today is 6/28/23, Frame has rust, one corner is coming out of the straight side rail. We will be having to take the pool down due to it is unsafe for the kids to play in it with the corner like that. I will attach photos of all the rust. It is heart breaking that with all the money to fix the ground and purchase the pool it doesn't last longer than 2 years. We were loving our pool and several family members have purchased the pool as well, only one other person has any signs of rust and it is very little, nothing like the rust we have.

Just looking to order a new cover since mine was shredded during a hail storm! Can not get ahold of ANYONE at this company by phone and can’t get a reply by email! Very frustrating although we love our pool!

So excited when we finally got pool set up! Try to put the cover on that came with it and it was way to small. As each day came the pool started to turn green and no matter what we did to clean it it just kept coming back over and over again. Come to find out the sand filter pump is not enough for the that size of pool. We now have to spend more money on an upgraded one. I would not recommend buying a best way pool!! Not really worth the headaches!!
