I've had my first pair of these for almost 20 years. The sole finally cracked - but I wore them anyway ;-) The new ones are very stiff and, they have somehow reinforced the "wrinkle," so it is permanent; which means I no longer have to put inserts in the legs to keep them looking good.

These boots had no give to them. The young person I purchased them for loves this style, however,.she could not maneuverher foot and ankle enough to get them on.

I have had several pair of these boots. I don't like them, but they fit well and last through many difficult chore days. Slouch is awful, but the toe is nice and the wear is acceptable.

I absolutely love these boots. I'm very picky when it comes to boots, as I have wider calves, but the slouch design on these fits perfectly. After 6 years of wearing them, they’ve held up wonderfully and still look great. The hand stained sole gives them a dressier appearance, and the brown color goes with everything. Once I wear out this pair, I’ll definitely be reordering! Highly recommend.
