I should have read the reviews before purchasing the Capri blue hat. I bought this hat to match a specific outfit and the red logo is a no go. Very disappointing.

Why would Macy’s advertise one product and ship something completely different? I specifically ordered the navy straw hat with a silver Polo logo, yet received one with a red logo instead—completely inconsistent with what was shown on the website. Additionally, when a retailer offers a straw hat, basic quality standards should be met. This hat was poorly constructed, fragile, and not suitable for outdoor or beach use as one would reasonably expect. It lacked durability and overall craftsmanship. I’ve also noticed a concerning trend with Polo Ralph Lauren products recently—declining quality paired with increasing prices. Today’s consumers are far more informed and discerning, and it’s disappointing to see brands seemingly overlook that in pursuit of higher margins. I returned the hat and would not recommend this product.

I actually bought both but returned the blue one as it had and this might be petty, It had a red horse not the silver white horse as pictured doesn’t look as good.
