The pants have a problem with the zipper, we went to stores, tried the pants and there was a problem with the zipper( fabric is bring stock in zipper when you tried to open) we spoke to sales person to actually ship us a different pants from different location thinking that only this one has defact. Unfortunately , different pants the same problem😫

Perfect fit and quality

I bought these pants on line and as soon as I tried them on the zipper got stuck. It is terrible quality, the materials are cheap and the cut is not as advertised. I cannot believe that Boss endorses selling such poor quality pants and they place the worst quality zippers. This is unacceptable for this brand. I would rate this 0 stars if that were a possibility. I tried returning it at the store and they refused to take it back because I did not have the label. This is horrible customer service from Macys, if they see the broken zipper the least they can do is get me a new pair, regardless of the ticket. Clearly not buying anything else from them again.
